Your skip might have been removed because the hire period ended, or due to issues with permits or overdue payments. If you need to extend the hire period, feel free to contact us to discuss options.

We transport all waste from your skip to licensed recycling facilities. We aim to recycle as much as possible and dispose of waste responsibly in compliance with environmental regulations.

Mattresses cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to disposal regulations. If you need to get rid of a mattress, please contact us so we can arrange a separate collection.

To ensure safety during transportation, please fill your skip up to the top edge but not over the sides. Overloading can cause the skip to be unsafe for collection, and extra charges may apply.

Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific regulations. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, please inform us when you book your skip, and we’ll arrange a separate collection.

You do not need to be at home for skip delivery or collection as long as the location is accessible. Please provide clear instructions when booking, and we will make sure the process goes smoothly.

For efficient use of space, place heavier items at the bottom of the skip and lighter, bulkier items on top. This ensures better stability and makes the most out of the available space.

If you have specific requests or requirements, let us know when placing your order. Whether it’s for delivery at a particular time, a certain location, or other special needs, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you need to change your delivery date, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new requested date, but availability may vary. Extra charges may apply depending on the changes.
